My 12 yr old Pom was very ill, I called Monday morning and got an appt right away. Dr Kovar was very respectful to my pet and my concerns. He was running a fever and was having respiratory problems. A chest X-ray was done and with pneumonia suspected antibiotics were prescribed. I called the next day early and Dr Kovar called me back, my dog was weaker and had labored breathing. Dr Kovar offered options and encouraged different ways to get him to eat and drink. I do appreciated prompt response and later that morning I was able to get him to eat and drink. He is improving slowly from his pneumonia and I am so happy.

An enjoyable visit at the Vet! Just recently switched vets and I'm so glad I did. Previously with my old vet I dreaded the visit, more than my dog. There was So much pressure to buy what ever it was they wanting to sell me like food or supplements. NOT Bothell Pet Hospital, I was given helpful and useful info regarding my dog we both left happy.

Exceptional veterinary practice, they saved my cat's life! He was having a series of urinary issues and ended up with a blockage. They were great about working with me to figure out the root of the problem, and making a last minute appointment change to get him in when he was blocked. He's been on a prescription diet for awhile now and has been doing great, with no additional issues. Their staff is great, and they clearly care about the animals and helping their clients. I highly recommend supporting this local small business, they're great people who prioritize the animals over profit. Bonus photo of my sweet problem child.

Our animal family have been patients at Bothell Pet Hospital for at least 20 years, through 2 dogs and 2 cats, and counting. I was looking for a smaller, independent veterinary clinic staffed by compassionate animal lovers, devoted to long term client relationships and clear, no-nonsense consultations, treatments, and billing. I don't know that they're the cheapest vet solution you can find because I've scarcely gone anywhere else. But I can tell you that they are consistently honest and transparent in every interaction from the phone to the exam room, at every level. They have always treated us and our pets with respect and dignity, whether it was a post-adoption checkup, or end stage care and euthanasia. They even provided a sensitively handled autopsy with cause of death after a traumatic event, and deftly avoided additional expenses in the process. Can't recommend them enough. I'm sure I'm only one of many families that have continued to entrust their animal care here for decades and generations.

We've been taking our fur babies to Bothell Pet Hospital ever since we moved out to Washington. The staff is above and beyond, Dr. Wichert has always taken such great care of both our pets, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. All Dr's have been wonderful. Even though we have moved a few times, we'll continue to stay as everyone there is amazing, its worth the drive. So thankful to you all and all that you do and have done for our fur family.

Such a great experience! Dr. Kovar was gentle, caring, and you can tell she knows her stuff. I didn't feel pressured to do any added testing that my previous vet was always pushing me to do. I feel like a finally found an old school vet that just has the health of my dog in mind. A cozy, neighborhood gem of a place!

Such a quality primary veterinary clinic. My dog has moved with me across the country and has seen many vets and this is the most caring and responsive clinic we’ve been to. My dog is currently undergoing cancer treatments and is between multiple specialties and they always help me navigate through opinions and what’s going on with her in a timely manner making it much easier to comb through next steps. We’ve seen just about every vet there and they’re always thorough and compassionate.

My cow cat Vi is a fantastic cat but he’s pretty much an indoor cat - going outside was enough to push his anxiety to maximum when headed to the Vet - once there he wasn’t exactly put at ease but the great people there tending to his wellness check did a great job of both keeping him calm and reassured as well as taking care of business (shots, teeth etc…) Comes from experience and compassion for animals - wonderful to watch and grateful it wasn’t made worse for him. A fantastic job.

We have been customers of BPH for about 20 years. We have always appreciated their concern for the health of our dogs. They are compassionate and understanding of our relationships with our pets. The staff is friendly and the doctors are very competent and caring.

Great experience at Bothell Pet Hospital! Woke up on a Friday morning to my dog having hives which was very alarming and out of the blue, thankfully I was able to call Bothell Pet Hospital and get an appointment the same day seeing as my dog had never been there before. When we got there, the staff up front was so kind and inviting, they did their best to make my dog feel comfortable and only waited about 15mins to be seen! Dr. Camper and Anna were very kind and thorough in the exam room and I made sure to give them as much information I could regarding the situation with my dog. Dr. Camper was very helpful in his assessment and was able to give my dog the injections he needed to make his hives calm down and go away! Thankfully his hives started to calm down within a hour of us being back home (the last two pictures are after the injections). Checking out, I was very pleased with the pricing seeing that my dog had an exam and two medication injections! I hope we won’t have to go back for anything serious, but if we have to go back at all I will be coming back here! Thank you Bothell Pet Hospital, the staff and Dr. Camper (:
